We moved into the office space in 2018 and have been happy ever since. The space is spacious, well-located, and managed by a very helpful landlord. Any queries are addressed quickly, making it a convenient and pleasant place to work.

We’ve had a really positive experience with BizSpace over the last 3 and a half years since moving into our unit for THRIVE. One of the biggest positives has been the building managers, who are genuinely lovely people and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They’re always easy to contact, super responsive, and proactive whenever anything comes up. In roles like theirs, it can sometimes feel like you’re just dealing with a faceless company through emails and tickets, but with them it’s the complete opposite. They bring real personality to the building and make it feel like there are actual people behind the business who care. They’re regularly around the building, always say hello, and have created a really welcoming atmosphere. More than that, they genuinely seem to want the businesses here to succeed, which makes a huge difference. It’s refreshing to deal with people who are approachable, supportive, and clearly take pride in what they do. Really appreciate everything they’ve done for us over the years.

I have been waiting for an order from PIAS, which is hosted here, since October 20, 2025. I have sent 5 complaints without any response to date!
