The building and facilities are good. But the some of the staff are incredibly rude. Response to questions is almost like your in the way, eye rolling and not accomdating. Only 2 members of staff we met was somewhat pleasant....but only as we were leaving...the main host was busy doing things setting up rooms etc but had a really poor and unwelcoming attitude. We booked the room hoping we could use this space in the future for our business, but sadly wont be doing so again as it the attitude and atmosphere didn't match with what is quite a cool space. A real shame.

Ran a start-up workshop here. Great space at the top of the building. Breakfast was superb - never seen such large pan au chocolates! Staff were super helpful.
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Second Home.
Second Home - Spitalfields operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.
