This is a modern new coworking hub located just a 2 minute walk from **Kings Cross** stations Abundant natural light, newly modernized offices, provides top drawer infrastructure, leased-line fiber wifi, seamlessly integrated printing/copying facility, lockers, kitchen with free coffee, tea and snacks.

**Please note:**

* Coworking day space bookings will be situated in the communal lounge spaces which include a mixture of soft seating, chairs and shared tables - photo 1 to 4. \_\_

* The phone booths are used on a 'first come, first served' basis.\_\_

* Extension plugs can be provided if needed. \_\_

* If you need assistance during the day, just reach out to our community manager using the phone number displayed onsite.

* If you have a large group booking, please be mindful of the other members using the kitchen area. This area should not be used as breakout space.

At reception on the **2nd floor**, just speak to a member of staff and mention you've made a booking.

Please ensure all members have made a booking or a booking has been made on their behalf before arriving at the space. No guests will be permitted to use the space unless they have a booking.

**Note:** Our bike storage and shower facilities are currently not in use due to our building refurbishment. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

great place to work and hang out. love the air conditioning. also, Dulcie who was in the front desk, so lovely! phone booths for meetings are perfect and got to attend a lil rooftop party in the sunshine!

We rented an office here for 2 days. The Rivvia team were excellent, communicative and flexible. The office was comfortable and the kitchen was always well stocked with tea and coffee. We will be using this again for sure!

Incredible (& stylish) space and a wholesome environment to work in. James & Liliana are the heart of RIVVIA community and they make slow days feel infinitely better. New meeting room spaces have unreal set up (great video quality, great sound quality and sooooooo much space).

This is a great space, light, bright, airy and clean. The small desks aren't set up with power sockets but there are bigger tables and private spaces that can be used. It is a really affordable place in a great location with an excellent support team who are very helpful.
