We’ve been based here for a while and it’s suited our business well. The office itself is good quality and on par with more expensive places in the area even if the facilities are more basic. That’s reflected in the price, and it’s been well managed and looked after while we’ve been here.

Shockingly bad. DO NOT RENT AN OFFICE HERE. My impression is that the staff have been mandated to extract the most amount of money from the tenants. A utility bill went up by an egregious amount one month – I cross checked with another tenant who had the same issue. We challenged them and they immediately backed down – clear evidence that they were trying it on in the first place. Good luck on getting anything like your full deposit back – they will find any manner of excuses to keep the deposit and I think the landlord regards it as a revenue generator. There were instances of drug taking in some of the offices and whilst I complained this continued for some time. Dogs allowed in offices making loud noises, paper thin walls so you can hear the next door office clearly, frequent internet outages – amateur hour to be frank. Yes the rent is slightly cheaper than other offices in the same area but believe me you will regret your decision. Buyer beware!

DO NOT rent an office space here. They will find one way or another of taking more money than necessary from you, I was charged for a paint job at the end of my tenancy for the next tenant even though the room was never painted when I moved in. The notice period is excessively long (20 weeks). The rooms are too hot and there is always a funny smell if you are on the top floor. Avoid.
