I have recently joined our client who uses Orega's 70 Mark Lane premises as their temporary 'home' before they move to a new office.
Being a Facility Manager, I truly appreciate the support we receive from the Orega Mark Lane crew! Their dedication is second to none - they always go above & beyond!
When I started, Roy Ball, the Customer Service Manager has taken his time to show me around the building, explain me the building’s operation and the procedures.
Any maintenance issues I report, both Roy and the Assistant Customer Service Manager, Christian promptly pass on to the building management, if not fixing it themselves.
Today, was an example, we had water problems on the 2nd floor without any dishwashers. When I came to get water from the 1st floor, Roy was in the staff kitchen washing mugs so we would have some to use. How thoughtful!
Lucie Espezel-Bentley is the warmest Receptionist I have ever come across! She is always willing, happy to help, finds solutions to issues and no request is a nuisance for her.
The team works extremely well together – they always provide cover for each other: it is not unusual to see Roy or Christian covering the Reception as well as any minor maintenance issues, or Lucie assisting me with facilities issues.
My colleagues and myself have never heard them say “its not my job”. They really do care about the clients and centre alike.
Although the cleaner dedicated to our floor only works certain hours, the team always pops in and ensures our kitchen counter is clear of mugs, the dishwasher is loaded/emptied, the coffee station is working and condiments topped up.
They always take an active part in all the monthly events that Orega organises – for the Chinese New Year, the team decorated the Reception area and provided finger food and the famous fortune cookies. For Valentines, you guessed, it, decorations, chocolate hearts & lollipops were on offer.
They are always ahead of the game, and ensure we have everything our business requires. Even the post for the client gets delivered to my desk! It feels that they are a dedicated team to us, although they have 9 other clients across the 2 floors.
This team is truly amazing, and it is an absolute delight to work in these offices!
We will be leaving soon but I can only recommend the Orega 70 Mark Lane offices and the team as you will be genuinely looked after!
