I would advise everyone to STAY AWAY from this office space and all CITIBASE offices. They are running a fraudulent business. I only needed the space for a month and I moved out in September 2022 barely using the space. It’s been over 4 months and I’m yet to receive my deposit. They also then charged me again in December (3 months after I’ve moved out), Thankfully I had my bank reverse the charge. This company is so quick to take your money but now they won’t answer my calls and numerous emails for them to return the deposit. I barely used the office and can’t even get my deposit back. I’ll have to turn this over to my solicitor to take them to court. BEWARE THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!! You are better off taking your business somewhere else.
