We arrived at 9 am after an early morning flight and they gave us a room so we could rest a bit! For that alone they deserve 5 stars and more!!!

A beautiful hotel decorated in an industrial style. Just a few minutes from Whitechapel Underground station, making it very centrally located (Tower Bridge is only two stops away). The rooms are comfortable, air-conditioned, and depending on the price category, some also come with a small terrace and a private whirlpool. There's a complimentary hot beverage machine on each of the four floors. There's a rooftop terrace overlooking The Shard, a yoga room, an ironing room, a small library, and a games room with pool and an arcade machine. The restaurant on the ground floor offers a delicious breakfast (see menu). The courtyard is a pleasant place to sit and smoking is permitted. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful (shout-out to Rami 😀). However, I would recommend booking a room that doesn't face the street, as it can be quite noisy at night, and the windows unfortunately don't soundproof well. Despite this, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

We stayed three nights at the New Road Hotel. Excellent location near Whitechapel tube. Well-maintained rooms with open-plan bathrooms (the walls were made of glass). Excellent breakfast with restaurant-quality food. Amenities included a small games room, a yoga room on the terrace, and 24-hour vending machines on every floor. You can also quickly communicate with the staff via WhatsApp for any needs. We ordered a pizza with room service using this service. Very friendly and helpful staff. We recommend it.

Beautiful, clean, and newly renovated room that's pretty spacious for solo travel. Very quiet at the night time besides the noise from the hallway. I also loved the game room and the library, where they offered free coffee and hot cocoa.
