This is my favourite lounge in the UK. It always has lovely staff and Andrea was stand out once again. It is welcoming, clean and not "sticky" like some lounges can be.

I had a great experience at the N1 Lounge in Luton Airport. The lounge was clean, comfortable, and a nice place to relax before the flight. A special shout-out to Wendy, who was very attentive and friendly throughout our stay. She really took good care of us and made the visit even better. Overall, a lovely lounge with excellent service!

Wendy and all the staff this morning was wonderful and accommodating. The facilities were clean, the food was hot and there was plenty to drink. The seats were also comfy, the only potential issue was that some of the outlets weren't working well. But otherwise we will definitely be back!
