Deptford Foundry is a mixed use development of flats, artists studios and offices built by the award winning developer ‘Anthology’. It has a concierge office to accept post. There are different blocks with entrances along Moulding Lane (the pedestrianised lane between Arklow Road and Rolt Street). These are Casting, Assembly, Quartz, Molten, Alloy, Fusion, Fettle and Cobalt. The development was built on the site of a 19th century metal foundry and the names of the blocks were inspired by the engineering and industrial history of the site. The leaseholders manage the site via the Deptford Foundry Residents Management Company. The Management Company employs an agent for the day to day operations, maintenance and administration of the Foundry.

Building creaks, loudly enough that you will be guaranteed a sleepless night. This is happening in low winds so don't be fooled by what you are being told. Loud creaking has been happening for over 2 years and no solution even attempted
