DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS SO BAD IT SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED
If I could give zero I would. I’m on the Committee and six months out from sacking them they still haven’t provided basic account information. The estate has been left in poor condition, poor transition and unprofessional. Our only remedy is to resort to reputational damage.
Its been almost a year and we still haven't received a payment for our job which was- full maintenance service for their property doors. Every time I call they say that the payment will be issued next week. I just called and spoke with Manisha and asked what's the name of the accounts person who will be making a payment, she didn't answer this. I asked who is director of the company she went silent. She kept saying- send me an email, but i am sending emails and rarely get a reply. Not sure why this is a secret to tell the name of people who are responsible for this payment and why the payment is not reaching us for ages.
Since LRPM have managed our block it has been stress free and any issues within the block have been resolved swiftly. Robyn often attends our block for inspections she’s always friendly and approachable!

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Lower Richmond Properties.
