Fab location. Helpful, friendly staff. Clean. Modern. Great catering. Surely that's 5 stars in anyone's book?

The premises are consistently maintained to a high standard, providing a conducive work environment. The only minor area for improvement would be the optimization of the air conditioning system.

Constant turnover of staff. Third senior helpdesk manager in a year. We reported a noise issue many months ago. Still nothing done. Local helpdesk staff are actually nice people, very friendly and accommodating but any escalations are stonewalled by their own supervisors and they seem powerless to help us. Regus does not want to spend a penny to rectify issues and to ensure a proper experience for their clients. This is not a proper corporate environment. Offices are NOT even moderately soundproof - forget client confidentiality or commercial secrets. And if a call centre operation or just a bunch of loud kids in their 20s move in next door after you signed the lease, you are out of luck. They also don't seem to vet their clients - we ended up with call centre neighbours constantly using swear words, chanting, singing etc - both their male and female staff members. Nine months after reporting the issue to the helpdesk team nothing has been done. This is the worst office space I have worked in during my 20+ years of experience. I have given it two stars and not one star because the local helpdesk staff are nice and do try to help. The one star is for their useless head office.

We have been at this centre for 12 months and it is a great location with excellent offices and facilities, the reception team are polite, friendly and work hard to assist you. Lynford is incredibly helpful and always goes the extra step for you and your teams. The centre is incredibly helpful a premium location for the city and well connected as adjacent to London Bridge Station.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • At Regus - London Bridge - More, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Regus may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
