We recently moved into Token House and had an excellent experience with LentaSpace. I walked into the building without knowing much about the space, and Pretti at reception was absolutely lovely — she welcomed me warmly, showed me around the available offices, and made the whole process effortless. On our first day, she even surprised us with a basket of muffins, which was such a thoughtful touch! Nicole was also very helpful and professional. Great location, friendly team, and excellent service — highly recommended!

I'm delighted with my office at LentaSpace Token House. The building is beautiful and well-maintained, and very conveniently located just a couple of minutes from Bank Tube station. My clients have spontaneously commented on how much they appreciate the comfortable waiting area, with free WiFi, and especially on how welcoming Nicole and Pretti are. Several of my long-term clients have commented that it's their favourite of all the offices I've worked in - and it's my favourite, too! I really value being able to decorate my office as I choose, and that LentaSpace offers an in-house redecoration and furniture assembly service. Nicole and Pretti always respond quickly and helpfully to emails and have easily resolved every question and met every request I've raised. I appreciate the fun and friendly yet professional atmosphere and have especially enjoyed the recent Halloween decorations. I look forward to seeing what Christmas has in store! As a psychological therapist, I'd like to highlight just how quiet the building is. I've previously found it extremely difficult to find offices suitable for talking therapy, but this building is excellent - thanks largely to its individual offices and closed-door policy. Price-wise, the cost of renting an office at Token House is competitive in comparison to similarly-sized offices I viewed in the same area. I hope and expect that I'll work happily here for many years to come, and I'd highly recommend Token House to others!

We have been with LentsSpace at Tokenhouse Yard for 2.5 years and it has easily been our best home in the 9 years we have been in business. Excellent team running the building, wonderful facilities including the grandest of meeting rooms and a gym, and the location is perfect being a 3 minute walk from bank station. We couldn’t recommend more highly anyone looking to move their office in the city,

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with LentaSpace.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
