LABS Triangle, in the heart of Camden Market Stables & Lock, has been designed to inspire and stimulate.

Part of the original 19th century industrial site of distilleries and warehouses dedicated to producing world-renowned gin, the building has been furnished with lights and accessories by renowned designer Tom Dixon to support its historic heritage.

Meanwhile, floor to ceiling windows allow the workspace to be flooded with natural light, as well as offering views over the eclectic market.

Please please please do something about the fact that it’s extremely cold here in winter and extremely hot in summer. The ceiling is practically nonexistent, so whatever’s going on outside is the same as inside. I feel like sitting inside a camp tent, not a building. The cafeteria area and the highest floor are just unbearable. Yes you have a couple of sofas with outdoor heaters near them, but seriously, if the only place in a building where you can exist without freezing is by an outdoor heater, we have something wrong here

There are ongoing problems in the office that never seem to get fixed: 1. Wi-Fi quality is poor. In some areas, it hardly works at all—this includes certain office rooms. In other areas, it regularly cuts out. 2. Loud alarms go off daily. Every day, there are extremely loud alarms that last for several minutes. This issue has persisted for a long time, and there appears to be no plan to resolve it. The alarms are so loud that you have to cover your ears, and they seriously disrupt meetings and work. 3. There are mice, especially in the kitchens. And again, there seems to be no plan to address this problem. That said, the interiors are attractive, and the building itself is beautiful.

Disgusting coffee, practically non-functional WiFi, shabby interior design, and the meeting room system is poorly thought out. Update: aggressive alarms that go off randomly throughout the day disrupting meetings.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

    It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with LABS, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with LABS.
