As a client of this building, I feel it is important to raise a serious concern about the conduct of one of the building’s general managers. I have personally witnessed behaviour between the building general manager and another colleague that I consider highly inappropriate for a professional workplace. The behaviour is not discreet and takes place openly within the building, making it uncomfortable and difficult for other clients to ignore. Given that one of the individuals involved is the general manager and holds a position of authority over the other, I find the lack of professional boundaries and the clear power dynamic particularly concerning. I am not commenting on anyone’s personal life, but there is a clear distinction between what happens privately and behaviour that is openly displayed within a shared professional environment. When one person involved is in a management position, the power imbalance makes the situation even more concerning and raises legitimate questions about professional boundaries and appropriate conduct. This conduct does not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect from someone responsible for managing a workplace. I sincerely hope senior management takes this feedback seriously and looks into the situation appropriately. Clients should be able to work in an environment where professional standards, boundaries and respect are maintained by all, especially those in management and positions of power.

Super cool space, good coffee and nice natural light. It's pretty crowded though in common areas and there's nothing worse than middle aged French man shouting to your ear for an hour about sales strategy, so you need to hide into the booth instead of them.

Very low integrity. WiFi did not work so I asked for a refund. The refund has taken 2+ months and still not to be seen. They have me signing letterheads, answering 3+ emails of information instead of just simply refunding my debit card.
