Super cool space, good coffee and nice natural light. It's pretty crowded though in common areas and there's nothing worse than middle aged French man shouting to your ear for an hour about sales strategy, so you need to hide into the booth instead of them.

Very low integrity. WiFi did not work so I asked for a refund. The refund has taken 2+ months and still not to be seen. They have me signing letterheads, answering 3+ emails of information instead of just simply refunding my debit card.

I’ve spent a month with a roaming membership here. Pros: - Location is excellent, especially if it’s summer. Camden market is fabulous and full of lunch options. - It’s well kept and clean. Staff does a great job at looking after cleanliness. - Good coffee, snacks, microwaves and kitchen access. - The workspace setup isn’t the largest, but it’s good enough. You can find a quiet spot on most days, although you need to be in the darker, lower ground floor. - Phone booths are small but sufficient. Never had an issue with availability. - Temperature control is good. Cons: - On a bad day, you’ll get groups of 3, 4 or 5 people come in and all loudly speak on the phone in the open areas. It’s pretty annoying and makes it hard to work. Have seen people take calls with no headphones very often in full open space when call booths are available. - They are merged with a hotel, so the lobby entrance is a bit weird. It also means the small gym is also split between Labs and hotel members. - Speaking of, the gym is tiny and isn’t really functional once you have more than 3 or 4 people working out at the same time. Going at off-peak hours usually helps, but you never know.
