We are a coworking space equipped with all the amenities essential for a productive and inspiring work environment. In addition to an ergonomically designed work desk, our space also includes high-speed wireless internet, a shared kitchen, shower, and breakout room, among other facilities.
We offer a range of plans to suit different requirements. From hot desks on an hourly basis to monthly fixed desks, we have several plans to meet your specific needs. You also get the option to pay as you go for our services. We are proud to present an affordable workspace for individuals, podcasters, freelancers, small teams and more. Members receive 24/7 access.
The entrance to Kozmik Work Space is on Bothby Road, go to the large black gate and use the intercom. For regular customers, you will be issued an access code to enter the workspace.
Once on-site you will be given an access code for the duration of your stay. If you have any visitors you will need to make us aware before their arrival.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Kozmik Work Space.
