Very disappointing experience at Regus Hamilton House / Kings Cross.
We experienced multiple serious issues, including an unresolved key/access matter, incorrect billing, and a deposit that has still not been properly returned.
Despite repeated emails and follow-ups, responses were slow, unclear, and often unhelpful. Instead of taking ownership, staff kept redirecting us to different departments or asking us to use online systems, with no clear resolution.
The most concerning issue is the financial administration. Incorrect invoices were sent, and the deposit return process has been unnecessarily delayed. For any serviced office provider, accurate billing and prompt handling of client funds should be basic standards.
Communication throughout the process has been poor, and the overall level of professionalism has fallen far below expectations.
I would not recommend this location unless service standards and internal administration improve significantly.
