Bradmore House, a Grade II listed building in the heart of Hammersmith W6, is home to Kindred, set across three floors of beautifully restored Baroque architecture and one of West London’s most characterful dog friendly coworking and event spaces.

At the heart of the concept, is ‘The Campfire’. A series of homegrown events designed as an antidote to loneliness and disconnection in London and to celebrate and support ideas that can change the world for the better.

We pride ourselves on being a ‘people-first’, rather than a ‘profits-first’ independent business.

**Your Coworking Day**

Check-in at reception from 9am. One of our team will show you round if it's your first time.

Daily coffee social at 11am. Every morning we run a coffee social at 11am (free coffee included) to help you get energised and connect with our friendly Kindred community. Attendance is completely optional.

Finish up at 5pm. Finish up at 5pm. Our co-working session ends at 5pm but we often have events on in the evening. On the last Wednesday of the month, we gather together for our end of month social, Wind Down Wednesday. Your first drink will be on the house! Every last Wednesday of the month from 5pm - 6pm

We had our wedding ceremony in the Library at Kindred having used the space as a networking and work event space, I hadn't realised we could get married there! Dora was utterly fantastic in making us feel looked after and like nothing was too big an ask. It was the perfect setting with the beautiful Georgian building and modern warm interiors. I highly recommend for any and all of your event needs.

One of the absolute best venues in London for a private event. We celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday in the upstairs Library and Salon rooms, and I cannot recommend the team highly enough. From planning a year in advance with Charles—who is easily the best events planner I’ve ever worked with—to the night itself, everything was completely seamless. The attention to detail and care the staff showed to both us and our guests was first-class. We wish we could do it all over again, which says everything about how special the evening was. You won’t be disappointed!

I cannot recommend this venue and Charles enough. We worked with Kindred to hold a conference for 100+ people and were incredibly impressed with the process from start to finish, they understood exactly what we needed and took our ideas and made them better. The venue really is beautiful, but the Team led by Charles were what made our day - they couldn't do enough for us and the day ran like clockwork. Thank you SO much Team, we can't wait to be back!

we had a fantastic time at Kindred's Library and Salon. A great place to hold a corporate event that doesn't feel corporate - the venue is beautiful. The staff were reliable and friendly. Juan did an absolutely phenomenal job looking after our group on the day - he genuinely cares about guests, he's an asset

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Kindred.
