• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with IDEALondon.

• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

  Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  IDEALondon operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly. 

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at IDEALondon? How about for a day or a month?

  At IDEALondon, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms are also available. In addition, Dedicated Desks can also be booked on a monthly basis.

• How should I choose the best workspace for my needs?

  The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

  A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
