White Collar Factory overlooks the main hub of Old Street, and features a café, lounge, roof terrace and bar, as well as London’s highest rooftop running track. Working with the architects at AHMM, we took cues from the surrounding 19th century industrial spaces and applied them to a 21st century hi-tech setting – with the addition of recharge rooms and games area.

It is difficult to fathom how the team here could create a more negative experience for their business than asking us to leave mid-afternoon because they couldn't find a record of my business partner having booked or previously renting an office. The lack of empowerment when presented with how nonsensical it was to ask someone to leave 45 minutes before they were leaving, speaks to a business that would be difficult to deal with over the longer term. I have rented private offices in at least a dozen countries and this is by far the most baffling own goal that I have ever seen.
