I rented a space at the Excel Building in Haggerston for many years, and I couldn’t have asked for a better landlord. From the very beginning, they were professional, approachable, and always willing to help with anything that came up. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they genuinely cared about keeping the building running smoothly and supporting their tenants. It’s rare to find a landlord who is so reliable and easy to deal with. I have many great memories from my time there and would highly recommend the space to anyone looking for a well-managed, friendly, and professional environment. Thank you for all the support over the years.
We have been very happy and satisfied tenants here for a good couple of years, taking up various units over the past few years. Before coming to Excel Building, we have in the past had unfortuante experiences with a couple of nasty landlords. Martin however is the best landlord we have had to date (across our various offices internationally). We never had any major issues and Martin is always on responsive and on-hand to help. When we requested for direct ethernet connection - he personally came down and spent no less than an hour checking each and every ethernet port in our office. He is extremely kind and this sentiment has been shared by other tenants as well. The rates here are also very fair, especially for London, and we’ve appreciated that there haven’t been any price increases over the years. During our many years here, we have not encountered a single issue. For any small businesses looking for a reliable, well-located space situated right next to Haggerston overground station that won't break the bank, I can’t recommend the Excel Building highly enough.
