Had big problems with contracts and their back office , the problem isn't the people working there. They're delightful and doing their best, but the back office support and limited company structure is all messed up.

Booked a meeting room between 09:30 and 11:30, arrived at 09:00, no reception staff (reception apparently staffed from 08:30). Called number, no response, called head office, also couldn't get hold of site, was promised a call back from area manager, never happened. Just across the road there are free hot desking spaces in a well known Spanish bank, had to go there instead as physically couldn't access anything other than the spaces lobby. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I'm a current client here and will not be renewing. The toilets here are worse than what you see on an commercial plane. The wifi is very unreliable. The building manager here, Martina, is amazing- she is single handily keeping this building operational. Expected far more from the IWG 'premium' product.

A truly beautiful and welcoming space. I'ts more than a coworking, it feels like a cozy living room. It’s very easy to reach and perfect for working comfortably every day. The real added value, though, is the two girls who run it: always helpful, kind, and friendly, they create a warm and positive atmosphere.

I use several spaces in London and Euston Road is one of the best. It’s lounge is a good size, it’s clean and tidy and Martina and team on the desk are always really helpful and welcoming!

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.
While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Spaces to discuss accommodating your adjustments.
