Shame. Just decided to leave after 2yr regular use. Initially, it had a promising buzz of tech and creative pros and a nice community. It was also well maintained and run. But it quickly started to deteriorate and now feels to be in free-fall. Lifts regularly down (companies left as a result), power outlets in the co-working space inoperative most of the year. Co-working space is meant to be for members, but is routinely used as a waiting / interview zone for the immigration law businesses. Last straw was the toilets - meant to be for members, but now another business regularly uses them to drug test its clients. Management don’t seem to care. You’ll get a regular robotic response or email about price increases (think 10-20% YoY) even though customers are deserting and the office space deteriorates.

I had a very disappointing experience here with Dr Sahib Memon. I had a confirmed appointment at 11:15 (clearly stated in my booking confirmation), but I was made to wait almost an hour without any proper explanation. This shows a complete lack of respect for customers’ time, and it disrupted the rest of my day and plans.😠 Additionally, for such a large facility, there is no proper parking available. I had to park my car nearly half a mile away and walk to the location, which was extremely inconvenient.👎 Overall, the poor time management and lack of basic facilities made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this place, especially if you value your time and convenience.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Spaces to discuss accommodating your adjustments.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Spaces.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Please reach out to Spaces for more detailed information on membership options and pricing.
