This BREEAM Excellent-rated building offers extensive office space across eight floors, each with its own garden terrace, reinforcing its status as a key business hub in the area. Cubo’s new space occupies the 2nd floor, featuring 18,819 sq. ft. of floor space and an additional 699 sq. ft. of terrace space.
Ilona Rose House also boasts reimagined public spaces, including James Court—a café and restaurant-lined mews that links Manette Street to Greek Street. One of the most distinctive features of Ilona Rose House is its three subterranean levels, which house creative office and post-production spaces. Notably, Warner Brothers De Lane Lea has established their London post-production facility here, occupying 30,000 sq. ft.
The area is exceptionally well-connected, with multiple tube lines and stations nearby. The addition of the Elizabeth Line in 2022 has further enhanced connectivity, with the new Tottenham Court Road station entrance just over 100 meters from Ilona Rose House, offering transformative travel times across London.
