I spent a month working at Market Peckham whilst staying in the area. Super set up with a few different options/places to choose from. Good facilities and a nice friendly atmosphere. Great location next to the station, many bus routes and lots of shops/cafes etc in the area. Can highly recommend.

Had a great time at Market Peckham. I always received quick responses & the one time I called (because I was stuck in the basement...) they answered & rescued me quickly. I booked a fixed desk and sat with some lovely people. Everyone seems really nice across the board, and small chats at the coffee machine can really make it feel like you're in 'your' office. Vibes are great & cosy with lots of plants. There's oat and cow's milk available and free tea and coffee (also decaf!!) Not giving a full 5 stars for three reasons: 1) The chairs for the fixed desks are not office chairs, which made sitting in them for longer quite uncomfortable at times. 2) It can be quite dark in the office. I brought in my own desk lamp but even with that it can be quite dark, unless you sit directly by a window. 3) I also think the coffee machine could need an upgrade - those nespresso pods are so wasteful (and obvs don't taste nice) and I'm sure there are more sustainable and better-tasting options out there that end up cheaper in the long run. But hey! That drove me to visit the cafe downstairs regularly, which is super lovely 👌 So all in all - book a tour, feel the vibes, it's a really nice space.

Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription.
