If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. This company is the most unprofessional I’ve ever come across. They are running a very big scam and I would warn all potential creatives that are looking for a space to rent for their business to avoid at all costs. My contract with them started 1st July 2024 and I left the company end of November 2025. The communal areas were a joke, cleaning hardly done the front door was left cracked and mashed up for my whole time being there and maybe longer. Toilets were always dirty never cleaned and the communal areas smelt, these issue were raised numerous times and nothing was done. This was my main reason for leaving as well as the increase in rent and service charge which was not justified. Since leaving I have not been sent back my security deposit, they have ignored all my emails, dms and phone calls. It has now been three months and still no return of my deposit. I will be taking them to court, please do not waste your time with this company.

I moved out in May and still have not received my deposit. Communication was always difficult. Whenever I needed something repaired or cleaned it was nearly impossible to reach anyone, and issues were left unresolved for far too long. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend Artistic Spaces.

With a monthly membership, Artistic Spaces - Cobbold Road offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only.
While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Artistic Spaces.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
