I would like sincerely thanks front desk employees Hamza and Emily, for their excellent service and hospitality they offered to me. I had a small problem outside of the Hotel, they both reacted immediately and helped me to solve my problem. Very warm and helpful personel. Looking forward to seeing them again and again. Thank you Hamza and Emily! I would like also thank Kanja for her hospitality. She welcomes everyone in a such a way that we feel like we’re at home. Because of my early meetings she offered flexibility in grappling a cup of coffee and driving to work. Thanks a lot Kanja and see you soon!
Great rooms, reasonably priced. Great breakfast.
I will use this hotel from now on when I am in Kingston. The rooms are nice. The breakfast is full English and delicious. I can not express how nice and helpful the staff was. Truly a relaxing experience. It is well located. Not far from town, the train station or that lovely park along the river.
I've stayed here quite a bit over the past 5 years. It is close to American standards however there is an opportunity to better improve the experience for Hilton Honor Diamond members. TV technology is lacking when compared to Hilton Properties in the same class i.e. no streaming capability although the remote clearly has buttons for Amazon and Netflix they are just their for show but are not operational.
