Staff is really nice, but rooms are really outdated. And lighting is very bad. We booked a duplex suite and you can’t even walk in without running into the stairs. You have to duck your head to go around the sofa and up to the bedroom area. It was not worth what we spent. The pictures online do not reflect reality.
If you book this hotel, do not book on the 7th floor, there is some insane rumbling coming from above, which is all night long. It sounds like an idling car in a garage above you all night & all evening it literally never goes off. Edit: staff super accommodating, offered us room change, offered us things like ear plugs etc. Further edit: didn't happen on the second night of staying. Staff made up for it, great stay overall.

30 Agosto 2026 dopo essere arrivato da londra con un tempo di 2 ore 45 minuti ho dovuto aspettare per prendere la valigia 45 minuti. Non ce servizio , non ce infomazione non cera nessuno per chiedere perche le valigie non arrivavano , ma quando finalmente ho visto un impiegato della dogana che fortunatamete mi ha fatto notare che alle valigie cera solo una persona a lavorare con 3 voli che erano arrivati. Lo ripeto solo una persona per smistare 600 valigie minimo. NON CE SERVIZIO MA CI SONO LE GIUSTIFICAZIONI PERCHE NON CE IL SERVIZIO.
