I had a disappointing experience with Spaces in Canary Wharf. The tour itself didn’t inspire confidence - there was confusion in the lobby, they didn’t seem to expect me, and the packages weren’t clearly explained. I ended up signing up without fully understanding the options, which shouldn’t happen. Access to the building is also inconvenient. You have to call to be let in, and sometimes no one answers. After 6pm, it was not possible to reach anyone by phone over something I had left in the building. The workspace itself seems to prioritise style over function. There aren’t enough desks with monitors, and the few available were always reserved. Hygiene is another concern. Some toilet cubicles don’t have functioning lights, and overall cleanliness appears inconsistent. Finally, the café is lacking despite offering many items - I couldn’t find a single suitable option for a main meal. They didn’t have at least 1 option that does not contain cows milk. Overall, it didn’t meet my expectations and felt poorly organised.

Spent some time working from Spaces in Canary Wharf, and it really hits the right balance between professionalism and comfort. The location itself is hard to beat. Being in the heart of Canary Wharf means everything is within reach, whether it’s meetings, transport, or just stepping out for a quick break by the water. But what makes the difference is the environment inside. The workspace is clean, well organised, and designed for people who actually need to get things done. Good seating, plenty of natural light, and enough quiet areas to focus without distractions. At the same time, there are open spaces that make it easy to have conversations, network, or just reset for a few minutes. What I appreciated most is the flexibility. Whether you need a desk for a few hours, a meeting room, or a more permanent setup, it adapts to your workflow. The WiFi is reliable, the facilities are well maintained, and everything runs smoothly. A big thank you to the team on site as well. Friendly, professional, and always ready to help without overcomplicating things. You can tell they understand the people using the space, not just the service they provide. Overall, a solid choice in Canary Wharf if you’re looking for a workspace that feels productive, welcoming, and easy to work from day to day.

Spaces offers a clean, professional environment to work in with a good balance between open work areas and private meeting rooms. Love the natural lighting and the view itself on the 14th floor!
