Voor de eerste keer in deze skylounge. Heel erg netjes en het eten en drinken is goed geregeld. We hadden onze vlucht gemist door het incident bij T4, hierdoor vlogen we een dag later terug. Mijn vriendin was jarig op 9 September en konden het dus niet thuis vieren. Ze hebben speciaal een taartje gemaakt voor haar. Mijn complimenten voor de vriendelijkheid. En met name John R die dit voor ons geregeld heeft. 🍰

Excellent service from Marius and the team here at the PPL. It was very busy and lots of people were stressed given the flight delays, he was incredibly professional and calm even in a time of chaos within the airport. The lounge was lovely, I particularly enjoyed the self service pints!
