Regus - Poorly heated / cooled rooms. Feels like cheap converted building with aging office furniture. Questionable communal areas.

Offered a free coffee instead of a refund when my interview in a ‘private office’ which was locked; was interrupted by someone bursting in. This disturbed the interview. Customer services thinks a reasonable response is for me to rebook and pay then get a free coffee. Shocking customer service. Never using Regus again. And posting here until my £90 is refunded

Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with HQ.

Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with HQ, who is more than happy to help out.
