The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make you feel welcomed and supported. Sadly, the manager Mona is the opposite… often not present, unhelpful, rude to both staff and customers, and comes across as lazy. It’s a shame because the rest of the team really do a fantastic job.
