Reviews
Lovely manicure, great service thank you!
They were half an hour late to my appointment. I booked to see Jay however was handed to somebody else and then it's a money making exercise. I was asked where I got my nails done previously and how much they were, and then there was upselling with poor price transparency. The reason for 2 stars is because the nails themselves are fine, however the entire experience made sure they wouldn't see me as a customer again. For the price you can find a lot better. I wasn't offered a drink however others were, I also wasn't offered a loyalty card. They pick their long-term clients and their short term clients and seem to adjust accordingly. Edit: I’ve looked through some reviews of 2/3 stars and it is a running theme. For people who are unfamiliar with the nail world, this isn’t the place for you. I and a few others have been caught out, they ask you questions which you don’t realise add to the price for example I didn’t know shellac was on my nails. The service I booked was just biab; their website states it’s “pigmented” so I’m baffled on where the additional shellac came from or why it has been put on my nails. Moreover a deep C French tip is not something I am familiar with and I didn’t realise this differed from a standard French. Keep in mind their prices say “from….”, they are liable to change unlike what they have just stated below. (Nail art is “from £10” for example. Polka dots are £15 for a reference) There are some issues with the set up, I asked the lady doing my nails whether it was rather busy for them and she answered that it was pretty standard so unfortunately you will have to factor in up to 30 mins delay. Me and three other people ended up waiting for our late appointments. Emails encourage you to pay in cash once you have booked in by offering discounts and such. The whole thing isn’t my cup of tea but if you are very aware of your nails and on it, then the set up could work for you x
It was my first time visiting this nail salon today, and I’m so happy with the result! I’m definitely not disappointed at all. They did such a great job, and I absolutely love my nails. I’ll definitely be coming back again! Highly recommended!
Fit me in last minute and did an amazing job. My toes look great and he even helped me get my pants back down over my calves because I wore tight jeans and didn’t think about it. Five stars were going the extra mile for me.
First time visiting and I had such a lovely experience! I had to wait around 10–15 minutes, which was completely understandable for a busy Saturday, and they made the wait really pleasant. I was offered a coffee while I waited, which was delicious and such a nice touch. Once I was seen, they understood exactly what I wanted and worked incredibly efficiently without compromising on attention to detail. The cuticle care was excellent, the pricing was very clear, and everyone was so friendly and made me feel really comfortable. I was particularly impressed by how quickly everything was done compared with other salons where I’ve spent hours getting my nails done, and I absolutely love the result. They also have a loyalty programme, which is a lovely bonus! I’ve already recommended them to my friends and will definitely be coming back. A special thank you to Linh and Ivo for taking such great care of me! Excellent service, lovely atmosphere and a really great experience overall 💗

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Redefined.

With a monthly membership, ArcLight offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only.

Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
-
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Redefined, who is more than happy to help out.
