I work as a builder and maintenance contractor at Alpha House, and I have to say that Amy is absolutely excellent to work with. She is extremely professional, organised and always on top of everything. She makes sure jobs are followed up and keeps things moving, which makes a huge difference when you’re trying to get maintenance and building work completed efficiently. Amy is always approachable and easy to communicate with, and whenever something needs attention, she is available on the phone and does her best to get things sorted quickly. She makes communication between contractors, tenants and the building management straightforward and stress-free. From a contractor’s point of view, having someone like Amy managing and coordinating things makes the job so much easier. She is reliable, helpful, hardworking and genuinely cares about getting things done properly. A real credit to Alpha House and an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!
