It is great to know that my property is managed by the highly efficient and reliable team at Glenthorne Properties. They really know their stuff and are on top of all the legal, financial and practical details. The communication is excellent, their systems work and they are responsive to concerns and queries. The tenant selection process is based on finding a good fit for the landlord, the tenant and the property, this approach really takes the stress out of letting out a property. I feel very lucky to have found Glenthorne Properties and highly recommend their property management services.

I had been a tenant of Glenthorne Properties for 3 years and they were absolutely lovely people to work with. Lesley and Mark were all always kind, reachable and very transparent with all their communication. Any issues with the property they were quick to have their management team on site to deal with it the next day. All certificates (Gas, Energy and Fire Safety) were always kept updated. Highly recommend, living in one of their properties they represent.

This is a very good Estate Agent. They conduct regular inspections and ensure all safety checks are conducted on time. There will always be issues outside of their control, dealing with multiple tenants and landlords - this can’t be easy, but they work extremely hard.

I've been a tenant with Glenthorne Properties for the last 7 years and they've never been anything short of exceptional. A special shout out to Lesley and Stephen who are the polar opposite of the traditional London letting agents you hear about–kind and helpful always, I couldn't recommend them more to anyone looking to let a property in South West London. Any issues are promptly resolved and all communications are respectful to the point I would buy their merch if they had any. 10/10.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
