I’ve had my studio at this building for many years, and one of the things I value most is the strong sense of community. Unlike many commercial spaces, this is a place where people genuinely know one another, support each other, and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access and practical facilities that make day-to-day business operations straightforward and productive. The building provides a professional environment while still maintaining a relaxed and supportive community feel. The management team and Community Manager have always been approachable, helpful, and responsive whenever support has been needed. It’s reassuring to know there is someone available to assist with questions, practical issues, or simply to help businesses thrive within the building. The space itself has worked exceptionally well for my photography business, providing a flexible environment that allows me to work efficiently and serve my clients professionally. Over the years, I’ve appreciated the balance between having my own independent workspace and being part of a wider business community. For anyone looking for a productive, well-managed workspace with a genuine sense of community, I would happily recommend this building. It has been an important part of my business journey and has provided a supportive environment in which my business has been able to grow.

Just had a tour round the building from Jason, the community manager who was super friendly and gave lots of in depth information about the community and the different types of businesses at Mainyard Studio. The whole vibe of the place seems amazing!
