Brilliant location with great transport links. Great variety of clean modern spaces but with some quite striking industrial features on account of the buildings history. Friendly reception team and good facilities including two great cafes.

I’ve been apart of gunnery for some time in one of the offices. for a while and the team of recpeption staff has always been welcoming and professional. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with the new technician have been very disappointing. His attitude is consistently unfriendly — he often greets customers with a blank stare, and on several occasions I’ve felt ignored or overlooked, particularly as a person of colour.This behaviour really impacts the atmosphere of the place and is noticeably different from the rest of the team, who are usually warm and helpful. It’s unfortunate, as it brings down the overall experience. I hope management addresses this, because the contrast in how people are treated is quite obvious.

If you don’t “fit in,” best of luck getting a space here. We were told a room was available, only to be told moments later it was suddenly taken—twice. (One a meeting room, the other, a private office space) Once someone saw our faces, the room was no longer available. Yet when we had someone else call anonymously, the same room suddenly became available for the same date. Staff seemed unaware of their own booking policies and contradicted themselves repeatedly. This isn’t just inefficiency—it feels intentional. We’ve taken our business elsewhere and putting this out there to make sure others like us are aware.
