I am at wit's end with this virtual office service. From mail getting lost, to my service being stopped without warning as emails kept going into Spam to constantly telling me I need to upgrade for spurious reasons, for most recently putting my address on hold as said I had used the address somewhere the service did not pay for. I will be looking into how to change provider as soon as this year is up.
