I don’t usually leave reviews but I must say my experience with Savills has been outstanding thanks to Cherish Ingham. In my 10 years in London I have lived in 8 different flats, so needless to say I have a lot of experience with real estate agents… Without a doubt in my mind I can say that Cherish is the most thoughtful, quick, professional and quite frankly overall kind and friendly real estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. She was extremely quick in finding a property that suited me, addressed every single question and issue I had in a timely manner and ensured that I was happy with my decision. Even after the signing of the tenancy agreement she was still willing to help me with some queries that technically should’ve been dealt by other teams, and she made sure I was listened to and directed to the right person. I work in sales/relationship management and I must say if you’re reading this that you are the definition of going the extra mile and building trust with clients.
