Reviews
I used Icon Offices for a virtual office address and UK company formation as a non-UK resident. Identity verification and the company formation were completed quickly, and the incorporation documents arrived by email within a day or two. The team on live chat was helpful and answered my questions. Email replies to my support queries were slower than I expected, so a faster response time there would improve the experience. Overall, a good and straightforward service for starting a UK company remotely.
Excellent Service. 5 Star Rating. Would recommend ICON OFFICES to everyone.
Really good experience with Icon Offices. Used them for company formation and virtual business address. The package also comes with a free VoIP number which is a great added value. Had a minor technical issue with the VoIP line and Gary from their Operations team sorted it out very promptly. Smooth process from start to finish — would recommend to anyone setting up a new business in the UK.
They are terrible! From slow and poor responses to hidden fees. Without mentioning they will offer you extra free services online but tou have to drop a good review on Google Maps to earn it.
Number 1 Services for company formation and Address services banks domains all in 1 the best one for having business in UK

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Icon Offices.

Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.
While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Icon Offices to discuss accommodating your adjustments.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
