**★☆☆☆☆** Avoid booking with Loom Club. My class was cancelled after I had already arrived, and I requested a refund the same day. Weeks later, despite multiple follow-ups across two different channels and even calling to escalate the issue, I still haven't received my refund or even a proper acknowledgement. I was promised an email update that day—nothing arrived. Cancelled classes happen. Complete silence after taking a customer's money should not. The most disappointing part isn't the cancellation—it's how impossible it has been to get anyone to take ownership of such a straightforward issue. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend booking with Loom Club until they significantly improve their customer service.

Really welcoming space. Friendly staff, great coffee/snacks, fast WiFi. Only been a couple of times so far but never too busy. Quite spacious and plenty of areas to work from
