Brilliant small post office, friendly staff and great opening hours. As well as Royal Mail they do Evri and (I think) Relay, but not InPost.
Always slow , opening time says 9 am , o got there with another customer around 10 am and the man behind the counter said come back after 10 minutes - not open yet This is the second time this happens Other customer said the same
Terrible service, the self print is behind the counter so you have to wait ages to get to print out your label other stores have this in an area where you can self serve the label and then go to the counter to scan it in. They have the slowest printing machine ever and only one staff to serve all customers so it is very slow going, I won't be using the place again when their are other faster options.
Extremely frustrating. We carried a parcel clearly labelled 14kg, only to be told it was over 15kg and the driver wouldn’t take it. I understand there needs to be a weight limit, but refusing a parcel over such a small margin with no practical solution is ridiculous. If the stated weight is 14kg, customers shouldn’t be left carrying it back home because it’s apparently a fraction over the limit.
Nice one for closing before your closing time as usual.
