I’ve been coming here for so long but never actually reviewed it. Stumbled upon this place a couple of years ago now by myself! And the service was so good, I often come back here when in need of a nice cosy atmosphere to have a catch up and eat wonderful food. It’s really well laid out, service is top notch. They do their best to make you feel special and give you attention without it turning into harassment which can be a hard balance for some restaurants lol. I can’t recommend this place enough! Even though I don’t live in Streatham anymore (I still live close), I come back often and still consider it a local! Tom and his team are always so friendly.

SW16 bar and kitchen is a wonderful neighbourhood restaurant. the team very kindly hosted me and over 20 of my partner’s closest friends for a surprise birthday dinner in their semi-private dining room. From enquiry to the evening of the event the team made the process incredibly smooth and were very welcoming. Depiste being such a large group, we were able to pre-order from the regular evening menu and, as it was a surprise, order my partner’s dishes on the day. Tom and the team were exceptional, and even allowed us to prepare decorations for the room earlier in the day and put them up for us before our arrival! If you are looking for a relaxed mid-week meal or to celebrate a special occasion, SW16 Bar and Kitchen is the place to be! Cannot recommend them enough!
