SSV Suites - 490 Holloway Road

I’ve been using SSV Suites in North Finchley for the past 6 weeks, and honestly... it’s been a great experience. I run a business where I’ve brought on 5 interns, and I use the space to host them. I chose this place because it’s near me and the reviews looked strong. It’s turned out to be exactly that. The biggest thing I have to highlight is the flexibility. I proposed a lot of dates, some at short notice, and they just made it work. There were times where it wasn’t straightforward, but they still accommodated everything. Even small things, like when we needed an extra bin, it was sorted almost immediately. On one of the days when we had more interns, they even upgraded our office room without me asking. Communication is smooth. We use WhatsApp, and they always respond quickly, usually within a few hours, and always the same day. The space itself is clean, comfortable, and a place where you can actually get work done. If you get the main office, the large windows and natural light are a big plus. Even in the other rooms, it’s a good environment to focus. I’ve had days where I’ve been there from late morning until 1-2am. It’s a space where you can think clearly. Location is a huge win. I always drive, and there are multiple car parks within a 30-second walk, around £5 for the day, which is very convenient. It’s also on North Finchley High Street, so everything is nearby. There’s Aldi, Poundland, loads of restaurants, barbers, a pharmacy, and a bus station. Woodside Park station is about a 15-minute walk. It’s also very close to my gym, which makes it handy. Shakira is usually on the door, always welcoming, and very helpful if you need anything. Sonia, the owner, has been incredibly accommodating. Bringing on 5 interns at once was outside my comfort zone, and she’s just made the whole process simple. In terms of outcome, the amount I’ve got done in the last 5 weeks has been insane. Having a proper space to work face-to-face with the team has made a huge difference. I genuinely don’t think I’d have made this level of progress without it. If you’re looking for a flexible, well-located co-working space, it'd be rude not to go with SSV Suites.

Our experience at SSV was excellent. My parents stayed for about two months, and throughout their stay, the staff provided exceptional service, ensuring their comfort and well-being. The team was professional, attentive, and always willing to assist, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The location is also highly convenient, with easy access to essential amenities such as grocery stores, gyms, cafes and other services. However, what stood out the most was the high standard of service and hospitality. The staff maintained a professional yet friendly approach, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the effort and dedication of the SSV team. Their hospitality made a real difference in our experience, and we are grateful for the warm and supportive environment they created. It was a memorable stay, and we would gladly return in the future.
