Honestly couldn't fault the experience. Signed up for the virtual office and the whole thing was way more straightforward than I expected, no back-and-forth, no confusion. The Mayfair address is a nice touch too. Makes a real difference when you're trying to look established and clients see that postcode. Verification and all the setup bits were sorted quickly without me having to chase anything. And Taj, absolute legend. Really clear with communication, actually answered my questions properly instead of just sending me links to FAQs. Made the whole thing feel personal rather than transactional. W1 uses pain in rear Veriphy service - wasted time effort and angst dealing with it - a firm with very poor feedback. Mark find a better firm! Can suggest some if interested?
