We visited the store three times in as many hours for packing materials and finally for a unit. Nikki Loong was patient and extremely helpful every single time.

Popped in yesterday to rent another room ( returning customer ) and met Nikki the manager. She was super helpful, patient, kind and even offered me my old storage space back. She is very knowledgable on pricing and offers and runs a very clean, well oiled operation there. If you’re looking for a clean, secure space, with helpful staff, esp. Nikki, then dont go anyplace else. ( A few weeks on special offer now too I believe ). 👍🏻😇📦

I want to give a big appreciation to Mercy at Big Yellow Storage, North Finchley. From the very beginning, she has been extremely professional, friendly, and supportive.
