Lovely coworking space if you’re not into the big corporate coworking brands. I’ve been a tenant for over 4 years and it’s been a great place to work from. They also do great resident activities like sharing lunches, coffee mornings, and social gatherings, which gives it a really nice community feel. It’s a great fit for entrepreneurs, but also for people like me who just want a secondary place to work.

I’ve been based at Mainyard Studios for over 3 years and have genuinely enjoyed my experience here. The studios are bright, professional and a great environment to work in. What really makes a difference is the management. Alice is an exceptional studio manager — always approachable, helpful and incredibly efficient. Any questions or issues are dealt with quickly, which means I can focus entirely on my business without unnecessary stress. It’s a place where I genuinely enjoy coming to work every day. I spent a few months working from Mainyard Studios in Mile End and it was a really great experience. I’ve worked from a lot of co-working spaces over the years, and most of them tend to follow the same pattern: people come in, put their heads down, work, and leave without much interaction. This place is very different. Alice, who runs the studio, does an incredible job of creating a genuinely friendly and welcoming environment. There’s a real sense of community there, which is quite rare in co-working spaces. During my time there I met a number of really interesting, talented people, and a few of those connections are ones I’m sure I’ll stay in touch with. It’s a great space to work from, but what really makes it special is the people. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels a bit more human than the typical co-working setup, Mainyard Mile End is definitely worth checking out.

This is my favourite work space so far in London. It has a really friendly atmosphere and I always enjoy my time there. Alice, the office manager, is super helpful and accommodating. Location is also a big bonus. Highly recommended 👍👍
