Good location, WeWork team have fun events and the team try as best as they can with the tools they have.
i've had ongoing issues with this WeWork which at first was being looked into, but have since dropped off:
- over crowded, no where to eat lunch, all floors are rammed. People using the breakout areas for meetings as they dont want to pay for the meeting rooms. You'll end up paying thousands for an office space just to eat lunch at your desk.
- scruffy, metal cups, mugs and cutlery need cleaning before use. chewing gum left in plant pots, offices are dusty, finger prints on the glass panelling inbetween offices. Awful eco cardboard plates, bowls and tissues provided.
- little control over the climate of your office, you have to email front desk who then amend which can take hours. You'll end up just having to go back home due to being too cold or too hot. Or you'll work in the breakout area, if you're lucky enough to get a space.
support around neurodiversity - this office is very over stimulating due to the open plan and over crowding, with nowhere comfortable you can escape to. You either lock yourself in a stuffy, worn down booth and suffocate, or you can go in a dank storage cupboard they've rebranded as a "wellness room".
Its going to take more than a fresh bit of paint and a couple of throw cushions to make this WeWork somewhere you WANT to come into.
