A really lovely hotel in my favorite part of Central London. While the lobby could do with some TLC the rooms have been renovated and are clean, modern, comfortable and spacious. The staff are the stars though here. All of them were so helpful and incredibly friendly and really invested in making sure our stay went well.

I want to say a huge thank you to The Rathbone Hotel (especially Lucia) for being so helpful and accommodating after coming out of hospital and checking in here. They have gone above and beyond to support me and my husband and even went as far as to email me checking how I was after being readmitted! Not only this but the hotel itself is in a fantastic location with very stylish and comfortable bedrooms (think soho house vibes) and extremely clean! Thank you so much - you have gained two very loyal customers and I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family!

Our daughter has resided in London for the past 14 years. We travel to London quite often. We have stayed at The Rathbone twice annually for the past several years. I would not stay any place else. The location is quiet, yet central with great dining just steps away in Soho or Fitzrovia. Lucia and the entire Rathbone staff are simply amazing. Their newly renovated rooms are gorgeous, the linens are superb and the amenities are a favorite, Miller Harris. The most important factor that brings us back year after year is the exceptional customer service! I have never been treated so well at any other hotel. Each staff member is very attentive, personable and makes it their mission to make your stay unforgettable. Lucia and her team are top notch. Book a stay at The Rathbone, and enjoy a lovely treat in London!

We recently enjoyed our stay during Easter holidays. We made the Rathbone our base for various trips in England and France that required us to check in and out on 3 separate occasions. Each time was a pleasant experience that we have come to expect from the entire staff at the Rathbone as we visit London often and make the Rathbone our home while visiting. We were showered with various unexpected surprises and amenities in appreciation for continuing to make the Rathbone our go to when in London. The consistent customer service excellence that the staff provides is quite impressive. One example(of many)of the exceptional service we experienced occurred during our last checkout. One of the restaurant hostess, Irena, was just reporting for her morning shift and recognized us waiting in the lobby for our taxi at 6:30 in the morning. Not only did she come by to thank us for staying with them and wishing us safe travels home, she also offered to make us a coffee while we waited. Service like this is why we choose the Rathbone. We have also noticed and observed from multiple stays and waiting in the lobby, that this is the service that they provide to all their guests-whether they are checking in/out or just waiting in the lobby. Thank you Lucía, Holly, Irena, and all the staff that make our stays special!

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
-
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with The Rathbone Hotel, who is more than happy to help out.
-
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with The Rathbone Hotel.
