Our stay was ok, the room is rather small and nothing extraordinary. We did have an incident with the service which had left us very disappointed. We came to the hotel with our 14 month old baby, we brought with us our baby monitor so once our baby is sleeping we can be in the lobby, as we always do when we travel. The monitor cannot connect to an open WiFi network, only one with password, which the hotel has for its staff. They did not want to provide the password, nor give us another solution (like having their IT system help us, or just connect the monitor themselves without us knowing the password). In the end they did not give us a solution and we were left with having to stay our nights in the room. We’ve traveled 10+ times with our baby and have never encountered this issue. We’ve never found a staff less eager to help us find a solution.

Beware, this hotel is not trustworthy. They steal your credit card, and once you return home, they start with small withdrawals that gradually increase to large amounts! I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. After I checked out and returned to my country, they charged my credit card without any explanation or authorization. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of transparency and trust. It is definitely not a trustworthy hotel.

Wonderful hotel! Vanessa, but also the clenaing staff, were extremely attentive and kind. I really enjoyed my stay. I will book it again next time I am in London.
