I will never purchase from them again. I bought a jacket online which unfortunately did not meet my expectations. I set up a return and was well within my return window. Their process is to have the package picked up, but it was never picked up. So I contacted them again and they reinitiated the return. Still not picked up. I contacted them 5 times and they kept promising it would be picked up but it never was. 5 times trying to get this returned. Now I'm past the return window, but I will be disputing the charge with the credit company. It's really too bad. I've spent a lot of money there previously, but never again.
You can find everything inside...From luxury brands to even jellcat. But it is very crowded , diffucult to find what you are looking for.
Become expensive! 😞
