Big yellow hides the mandatory insurance fees during the booking process. Just hidden small print menioning insurance but no stated minimum fees. Then on arrival, expect to pay almost double for your storage. Felt like a scam sadly. Don't fall for the discounts they lure you in with. Storage itself is great and staff is super friendly.
